Cleanroom for Assemblies

SIMS has clean rooms in both facilities in the US and India. Our US facility is equipped with a 300 square foot room, while our India facility has allocated 650 square feet of space. These controlled environments bring an added level of cleanliness critical to the processing of materials and/or assemblies for medical and electronics applications. These spaces maintain a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors. The level of contamination is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size.
