Milling
SIMS has multi-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers. Some of them are installed with pallet changers for improved efficiency and reduced cost in high volume production.

Turning
SIMS has both conventional and Swiss-style CNC Lathes. Our Conventional-style lathes are multi-axis single or twin spindle machining centers that can machine up to 3 inches in diameter. Our Swiss-style lathes can machine up to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Firearm Components
We specialize in the contract manufacturing of some of the most complex firearm components. Our engineers are capable of taking products from drawings or CAD data to a highly robust and reliable manufacturing process, yielding consistent quality and accuracy. We are also capable of reverse-engineering samples in-house to produce spare parts.
